Chairman’s Statement

“A somewhat unique and distinguishing characteristic of DASMA is our commitment to establish and develop long term relationships with not only our valued clients, but also our employees, local communities, and our shareholders. In this respect we contend that DASMA has a competitive advantage over many of our service competitors.

While others may pursue the same objectives for as long as there are dividends returned to the shareholders, we as a family company are able to continue the investment of our resources for as long as we believe the destination, and the rewards remain attainable.

The ability to sustain the pursuit of long term strategies allows DASMA to develop long term mutually rewarding partnerships with our clients, local communities, employees, and family shareholders. This commitment is demonstrated by the investment we have made in leading edge technologies and equipment, resources, increased organisational capability, and the sponsorship of community sporting facilities.

Strong customer focus and teamwork, excellent business practices, highly experienced and caring people, and a willingness to invest in quality outcomes in everything we do are DASMA hallmarks.

I am proud and confident to say that all attributes exist in the DASMA workforce. I am very proud of the fact that DASMA has now successfully operated for over forty (40) years; we still possess the vision, drive, organisational and leadership capabilities to ensure that we will continue to grow and diversity during the next forty (40) years.

Finally can I emphasize that DASMA understand the ever increasing environmental, natural resource, and business sustainability challenges which we all face.
